At 7 Stars Serenity, all of my products are handmade with love using premium botanical ingredients. Due to the personal nature of my skincare and wellness products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to me. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at 7starsserenity@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the damaged item
• Your order number

I will do my best to make it right by offering a replacement or store credit at my discretion.
