Hi, I'm Cheryl.
I spent 29 years in the medical field dedicated to helping people heal. When COVID closed that chapter in 2020, the calling to serve never left me — it simply transformed.
In April 2020, I founded Creationz by Cheryl, handcrafting organic skincare from scratch with love and intention. But life had more lessons in store. Through multiple surgeries, chronic pain, and a pivotal massage in February 2024, I found myself at a crossroads that medicine alone couldn't navigate. When doctors didn't have answers, I turned inward.
That journey led me to Crystals, Chakras, and Sound Healing — and eventually to a vegetarian lifestyle that began healing me from the inside out. What I discovered changed everything: we all have the innate power to heal ourselves, when we have the right knowledge and tools.
And the ripple effect has been undeniable. Watching my transformation, my husband began his own journey — he now meditates, embraces Crystal healing, and has become vegetarian too. Healing, it turns out, is contagious in the best possible way.
In June 2025, I closed Creationz by Cheryl and launched 7 Stars Serenity — a space devoted to Meditation, Energy Healing, and True Healing education. I still handcraft my botanicals in small, intentional batches under 7 Stars Botanicals, and you'll find both the teachings, the products, and my writing on energy healing, chakras, and self-discovery right here.
This is more than a store. It's an invitation — to slow down, go inward, and step into your own healing journey.
